Once you have purchased your ticket, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Please keep this confirmation as proof of purchase and ensure your order number is quote on any correspondence to the Pause Fest team.
Tickets will be delivered electronically and you will be notified of the exact delivery details once your payment has been processed.
When your e-ticket arrives, it will feature a unique QR code that can be shown on a mobile device for entrance into the festival. We will also include a PDF attachment that be downloaded and printed should you prefer.
All transactions made via our online e-commerce system are securely protected. In the event that an issue with online payment does occur, and that this can be proven to be the result of an system error, Pause Fest will deal directly with our service providers.
If you are purchasing a Founder ticket or applying for a Press pass, you will be required to provide more evidence before these are issued.
Please be advised that Founder tickets are allocated on an application basis and come with a $100 per day charge.
To benefit from a free Press pass, applicants need to be from legit, high-profile outlets (we’re talking Australian Financial Review, Vice – you know the type) and should have a social media following in excess of 5,000. Passes are provided on the basis of pre-agreed media outcomes for Pause.
