Get a glimpse of and a few words from digital industry pros as they warm up the crowd before their peers take to the stage in Pause’s dynamite programme of keynotes, panels, workshops and experiences.

 

Kirsten Mann – GM Global Design and Experience – Aconex

Kirsten helps organisations become customer and user focused, creating product and service experiences which meet real needs. She’s spent more than 20 years in the IT industry, 18 of these in the area of user experience.  Throughout this time she’s collaborated with product development and executive teams to drive business and user-centered processes through organisations.

 

Harriet Wakelam – Director Human Centred Design – IAG 

Harriet is a design strategist with experience across financial services, Fintech, insurance and health. Given that titles are meaningless…this means that Harriet likes to design better ways for humans to experience services that improve their lives, and improve the business bottom line. 

 

Garry Williams – Partnership Lead – General Assembly

Williams is a passionate and experienced brand collaborator and marketer who explores meaningful business development opportunities through strategic partnerships with innovative companies and individuals throughout the tech, business and creative sectors.

 

Michelle Mannering – Media & Marketing Manager – BAJABOARD International

Known as the “Hackathon Queen”, Mannering is at the forefront of Melbourne’s startup, science, and tech scenes, running a number of hackathons and helping to drive the city’s entrepreneurial culture.

Cat is Huddle’s Practice Lead and has extensive experience working with large, global organisations to transform themselves to be loved for both customers and employees. Her passion lies with supporting teams and start-ups where initial creation occurs in large amounts of ambiguity.
